Sure if you’d rather have me not use my class abilities to save groups from a stacked enemy mob group all casting a nuke, I’ll stop an incorp for you. I’ll also never use storm bolt or pummel on caster mobs either. Someone might die, but hey I stopped an incorp that someone else could stop by pressing just one button. Woo hoo!
We’re talking about season 2, not season 1. And yeah, if I had to guess, the reason you’re not being invited is because you still have 15s and 16s as your highest key for dungeons. 435 iLVL is a little behind the curve but the rating is what I would immediately notice.
You weren’t invited to 20s until months after DF launch. I’m not sure why you feel you can skip progression this season but that’s not how it works. Build up your rating and you will likely be at 20s again in a month or two.
You should 100% pummel if its about to go off, wtf?
Someone might have had to move and is slow on th cc or thry had been stunned. Standing there and saying you will let the group take damage when you could have prevented it seems like a bad way to argue your cause lol.
Try hard no lifer forum goers like sosari actively try to push group affixes on a single person when it’s not intended to be that way.
Blizz has stated this is a way to get people using under-utilized utility that 1/3 to 1/2 of the specs bring (Dispels), no where was it stated this was a healer only affix officially. In fact quotes lean more on wording that gives the impression it’s a group affix and also a way to get people to use rarely used abilities they have ignored.
This thread is no diff than a ragemode meme thread.
Good players will pick up their dispel and use it. It’s group content.
Id like to see a quote from blizz stating this is a healer affix only. Till then anyone refusing to do it is just bad and this is nothing different than the thread ragemode posted.
3 being able and 10 not being able is significsntly different than 11 being able and 2 not. Tou need more than 3 total classes for reliable success to get a broad range of abilities. All of that is covered by 10 classes, you dont really need Death Knights for anything.
Yeah, couldnt play week 1 of the season until the end because of medical issues, unlucky. Woud love to even be invited to 16s but oh well. The playerbase is such meta slaves I’ll just have to take an hour to fill my own key :)))))))))
By all means. Let’s just say an incorp spawns when everything is on cooldown. They begin their 5 second cast but my pummel still has 8 seconds left from stopping a cyclone cast, storm bolt has 12 seconds left because I needed to stop another mob from casting lightning bolt. Intimidating shout has 30 seconds left because I used it to stop the previous incorp spawn. Now basic logic would say, someone else has to deal with it. Just because I can talent into menace to fully stop one if my 90 second CD is up hasn’t done anything to convince group leaders or myself that a warrior is a viable invite.
The classes that can deal with incorp every time do not use poly, fear, etc during normal combat. Slightly longer CD full stops like paralyze, imprison, etc do sting a tiny bit more that they can’t be used during combat but they can be reliably saved to use solely for incorps. Their answer is 100% of the time off cooldown to use.
I understand that. The issue with your logic is that you are taking things very personally and feel like you have to be able to solo-counter the affix. You don’t. In fact I just posted data about how Warriors are still doing good in high key representation despite the past two weeks not being able to solo-counter.
Okay? I said you didnt provide stats because you didnt, now you did. Why are you so angry? You should be happy that you can deal with everything on a whim
Who’s angry? I provided you with data that proves that Warriors have had good representation in past seasons with niche affixes that benefitted from certain utilities. It also shows that it is no different this season with the new affixes.
Every time a dps complains about something that they have full capability of doing something about (dispel/cleanse, self defensives/heals, cc, interrupts, etc) - healers will just conveniently “forget” to dispel/cleanse/heal the affix mob this week for one turn. If dps complain multiple times, the healers just keep on forgetting.
