Aff lock Memory question

My lock is barely 158 ilvl and just now getting through heroics, probably a bit until he gets to Stone Guardians for Relic memory, better I save my ash for that or make another in the mean time? Especially if I want to him into our weekly guild raids?

I’d totally save it, lock Legendaries aren’t -game changing-, and I’m sure your guild will understand if you rather save your ash and then dump it all at once for a nice power boost.

Thanks, can you point me to the easiest warlock memory to find to get started on the campaign? Ive ran several heroics and torgast and notta

I was using that one which increases agony shard generation till I got much demonic synergy one. Dropped from somewhere else, wowhead it. I think it’s still fine for mythic + if you pair it with the + agony duration conduit, but I have yet to remember switching them after I’ve crafted the later

Agreed. Agony is pretty solid place to start with leggos for Aff. It can be your main leggo if you want, it’s better for m+ than raiding but isn’t a massive slouch in raid.

Agony one for M+.
Demonic Synergy for raid.
I’d go the agony one first, until 210 or so, then grab the raid one if you raid.
I tried DS in M+ and the single target damage is great but you really notice the shard generation decrease from losing the agony memory.

Don’t forget to open your anima conductor, if you haven’t already. The grateful offerings can be cashed in at 35 per turn-in for a random memory. IIRC, it’s the only really useful thing to use the offerings on, other than re-skinned mounts and cosmetic stuff.

If you’re playing aff you just want demonic synergy its bis for everything expect pvp.

It is true that it is a good all-rounder, but in M+ where it’s almost all trash, you really feel the extra shard generation from the Agony legendary.

Shard generation is really not a problem when you can shard snipe quite often. Demonic synergy is just bis. Its just more damage overall.
