Hey there, can anyone suggest a simple DOT tracker for aff that lets me know when I need to refresh dots? I don’t want to drastically change my UI if possible.
Needtoknow. This is the one I use. A little clunky on the setup interface but you can set up a casting overlay on a timer bar. You need to use the add extra time (where you can put in seconds how big the overlay will be on the bar) option on the overlay for talents that proc on re-cast like agony and UA. It will highlight those windows in a different color on the timer bar.
Works good on haunt as the CD is less than the duration so it helps keep haunt up more.
Thanks ill give it a shot. I tried tidy nameplates but i am not a fan of the enemy bars being on 100%
You may also want to check out Nugrunning. I haven’t played with it for a while but I believe it has the ability to create little swirling icons next to bars based on a ‘time left’.
I think it may be able to track bars on all targets or even bars on name plates (which I wouldn’t recommend as it can get out of hand fast).
Most people just use weakauras2. You can import a layout for trackers off of wago such as the one by Luxthos or Affenar. I like doing that as I don’t want to sit there and make my own these days. And you can turn off the features in the imported layout you don’t want. just click import and done. can even set it up to only show in combat

yea, WA provides some nice one shot solutions but I prefer just using addons for some specific items. I tried the WA but found more time was spent removing the stuff I didn’t want so I went with just choosing addons that provided the specific things I wanted to track.
Nothing against WA but I prefer a “choose specific addons” for what I want to track.
