At 200+ ms neither of these achievements are possible
For Aerial Ace the input lag is so bad that you either fail on the first jump or touch one of the bottom spears because of the lag
For Breaking the Stratus Fear one can fall through flowers, which means the game thinks your character is not on a flower
Everything for these two achievements should be done on client side

Just completed Aerial Ace with 230ms. However I do not recommend it at all…
Not necessarily a latency issue, but “Breaking the Stratus Fear” was way bugged for me. I literally was falling right through the first flower every single time, no matter where on the flower I landed. I think I maybe found a solution, though.
I tried it on one character, choosing the option to do paragon’s challenge right after completing the WQ. Fell right through the first flower every time. On a different day after the WQ was back up, did it on another character right after the WQ. Same thing, fell right through the first flower every time. I then tried doing it on my other character that had already done the WQ on a previous rotation and it worked, super easy. The next rotation, I did it on my second character just like my first and it worked for that toon too.
TLDR: complete the WQ one day and come back for the achievement the next time the WQ is back up if it is bugged where you fall through the flowers. That’s what worked for me at least.
I’ve been having desync issues with this entire expansion at 30ms ping. And Aerial Ace was very frustrating with that desync, but doable. I can’t imagine on 200+ms.
The other one I completely cheesed. Slow Fall completely trivialized Breaking the Stratus Fear.
man this WQ achievement is stupid, the Flower one took me 30m to actually complete since i keep falling from flower that i land in the middle, but at least that one can be done. The bad copy of Flappy bird is impossible since the collision boxes for the speak are square and no actual sometime similar to the spear.
Make it fail so easy that u dont get what you hit sometimes.
somehow had 150 ms last week so managed to do flappy bird but im guessing it was a lot harder than if i had lower ping. for the flower quest yeah hitting the middle seems to make you fall through
