Aeonaxx body in Deepholm missing/ unable to loot

Hello, on April 1 at roughly 12-1pm EST, I killed Aeonaxx in Deepholm, who drops Reigns of the Phosphorescent Stone Drake with a 100% droprate.
I was in a 2 player, cross server group with Phospho-Feathermoon and Sereya-Zul’jin who are both my characters on the same battlenet. He was killed on top of the broken pillar in front of the Stonecore entrance.

This was a clean, uncontested kill, as only my own characters were there.

When he died, the body fell into and through the pillar/decoration and I was unable to loot.

I did try camping and coming back with no luck, waited a few hours to see if the postmaster would return it, and when it didn’t, I then researched support FAQ, which directed me to contact support ,who eventually sent me here.

Please help me recover the lost mount.

I have received multiple ticket responses from GMS, saying everything from “he did not have/drop the mount” to " loot rights went to someone else" as well as “our records show you didn’t participate enough in the fight” to finally “We have no records or verification of the fight at all”

Obviously these statements contradict each other, and in some cases aren’t even possible. (such as the original response saying “he didn’t even drop the mount” (which is a guaranteed drop) or “Loot rights went to someone else” (as I was the only one there), as far as “not participating enough in the fight”…I don’t believe I can participate anymore than I did, by killing Aaeonaxx solo.

Please stand behind your product/service. I understand bugs happen, and was completely understanding of the initial bug/malfunction in the game, but the customer service I’ve received so far over this situation, (which should have been an extremely simple fix of returning the mount), has instead, been one of the worst experiences in customer services I’ve had from any company. Several responses were downright rude, while others where oblivious to the situational rules such as drop rates and seem to not have even attempted to check into the issue or actually view the logs…
