Aegwynn's gallery darlan I cant get there to do "The Bronzebeard Family" quest

I must have wasted 1 hour last week looking for aegwynn’s gallery darlan location

It is bugged and I can not do “The Bronzebeard Family” to ever start the War Within Quest.
I spent like an hour today looking for it. I regret the wasted hour and I regret buying the expansion. I am going to try to get a refund now BUt I bet they will not giveme one.

Use the blue circle portal in the Chamber area = center of Dal. Just walk onto the blue circle and you are poofed to the Chamber of the Guardian. The Gallery is located below the chamber area.
