I complete this on the first week and got my 7 Untethered coin, and supposedly I can get this quest again, but I can’t find it anywhere to collect.
Anyone have any suggestions for me, I’m a bit frustrated as someone I know got a mount with the coin and she isn’t on atm so I cant confirm with here what I might be doing wrong.

Did you turn the first weeks quest in after Tuesday’s reset?
I guess thats possible, I don’t remember. And no, no quest for me. Does that mean I have to wait until next week?
Unfortunately yes, if it got turned in after Tuesday’s weekly reset then that means you can’t do again this week.
If you have any alts you can see what reward the quest offers. It would just offer gold (and maybe Valorstones) after the first completion of the week on the account, but if it offers the currency and some rep then you know that something is wonky with your main.
It’s a once per account per week quest for the main rewards, so you can check on an alt to see if you did turn it in after reset or not.

Yes you do unfortunately it’s once a week per battle net. Currently there is no catch up if you miss a week
OK, good to know, Ill make sure I keep track from now on. 
Dang, I didn’t know it was only 7 per week per account, I was hoping to run my alt and get another 7 this week to get the second mount that costs 10, since you can transfer them. Blah.
