have a question going to start leveling a female human monk and was wondering what spec is best for soloing islands of expedition I tried mistweaver and really like it but not sure if they can handle big mobs and survive really good any advice would be great.

Well, with MistWeaver being the healer spec, and arguably the healer spec with the worst damage, I would say not a great option. I personally would go windwalker since that’s the dps spec. Brewmaster could work too, but personally no need to go tank in open world content

In ZM gear I can trash through heroic Islands as BM with my eyes shut. It’s nice having a simple rotation and the ability to pull everything when you’re doing something really repetitive (I mean like 20-30 runs at a time.)
WW would probably be faster, but keg smash sound effect makes monkey brain very happy.
