Rimestone and Avalanche are not giving kill credit or are otherwise not being credited toward completing the achievement.
No mods installed, fresh account, consistent across multiple characters.

Same problem here; same problem with both of those enemy mobs. Other mobs are credited, just not those.
Both rare mobs still do not give credit, 1-20-21

as an achievement hunter finding out this wasnt working while doing BFA is real disappointing
