So I just finished Ara Kara a few minutes a go so clearly after reset. The last time I ran Ara Kara was yesterday at the start of the Season. So we finished killing the last boss and it drops me “Harvester’s Edict” at Adventurer level 4/8. Shouldn’t this be Veteran 4/8?
See if it’s warbound until equipped, that gear drops at a lower level than the content you are doing.
