Started leveling my evoker and I cannot click the scouting map my brother is telling me to click. I only have the Aiding the Accord quest - not sure what happened or what went wrong.
Edit: Felt I needed to add more information for assistance of the person who reads this.
I MAY have skipped the quests that you do once you get off the boat coming from Stormwind…by accident.
Evoker’s name is Fireblast on the Fizzcrank server. I can do side quests and I can get my aiding the accord quest but I cannot choose a location to level in via the scouting map. Let me know if you need any more information.

I have the same problem as you, my druid started the campaing and do the same, then i switched to a shaman an did the whole campaing, now my druid cant see the scouting map, can do dungeons or world quest but not choose where to lvl… I did too the starter quest with a paladin to test and yes, my paladin can choose the map where he wants to lvl and see the scouting map…

I’m having this same issue but with my first playthrough of Dragonflight on my main. Support hasn’t helped, they just sent a generic reply of steps to try to fix the issue. Already tried all of the steps and still nothing helped. I don’t remember getting the Adventuring In The Dragon Isles quest so I have no scouting map and Sendrax isn’t there either. So I’ve just been doing what I can through the zones but still not getting the full experience. I’m glad I’m not the only one experiencing this issue but seems like support isn’t much help.
Below is the ticket I submitted in game:
"Hi, and thanks for looking;
I reached level 70 on my druid, Malan-Drenden, and completed the campaign up to and including 'Moving On", which showed I had access to “Adventure Mode” for my alts.
None of my alts are seeing world quests nor have access to the scouting table in Waking Shores. Sendrax is only offering the quest to continue the waking shores campaign. I have several alts of appropriate level in Waking Shores at the embassy and none can access the table nor are getting the quest. I apologize for being repetitive but this is the main point.
Am I doing something wrong or missing something or is this a bug? I googled around for a solution, and found that some others have had this issue but could not find a solution.

Below is the note I put on my guild’s discord:
“Some might not be aware of a catch to Adventure Mode in DF; if you have an alt already in the Waking Shores zone, DO NOT do any quests involving Sendrax until your main opens up “Adventure Mode”. If your alts go past the initial “Where is Wrathion” quest, before “Adventure Mode” is unlocked, Sendrax will not offer the “Adventuring in the Dragon Isles” quest. There is apparently no way to get it at this point, and the scouting map will not be accessible. You can still use the portal in SW to get to Valdrakken, and Dragonriding seems to be available, but it seems the only way to get to other zones is to run or glide.”
I hope they figure out a way for those of us who went too far in the chain to get access to Adventure Mode, you would think it wouldn’t be very hard, maybe put it on the lizard next to the map?
