Adventure guide usage

Just how many players in this game use it when running a dungeon or a raid and trying to understand the boss and its mechanics? Or know about the adventure guide existence for the players to use?

I use it all the time.

I use it since ever, to see the mechanics, the maps of the places and mainly to see the loot of the bosses.

It’s a great reference for what boss drops what loot.

When im in a dungeon, a lot. Especially to see what loot they have.

How else am I going to know when to swap my loot spec to get that 2h sword or healer trinket?!!

ummm idk if i ever used it lol

I use it for an overview and go to youtube to see the guides, all before I actually go into the raid.

i use it as other people have said its a nice referance to what a boss does and its loot

Oh what theres an adventure guide that tells u about bosses. I need this

I look at it. Usually doesn’t help me in the slightest. “Boss gets angry and casts sploot. Players hit with sploot turn green and die. Don’t stand in way of sploot.” :no_mouth:

But sploot tastes like a cherry lime aid.

For raids, I usually go look at video guides on Youtube instead as the first source, like the ones from Liquid, or Ready/Check/Pull, or Hazel’s.

Seeing the written description in the guide never seems to be all that helpful without actually seeing what things look like, at least for the first time.

The guide is good later for reference and linking things in raid chat when discussing mechanics if there’s a problem we are having or people haven’t bothered to look at any video guides, or for looking up the loot tables.

/moo :cow:

I use it to learn every fight. It’s the only guide I use.

If im soloing stuff, i only look at it for loot. If im in a group i wing it until i die and have a chance to look at it.

I like the free copper piece…
