I just turned level 30 on my horde character and used the portal in Orgimmar to get to Mount Hyjal. I went right to the pet Pet Battle Master Brok and I can’t interact with him. Are there prerequisites I need to do first? I tried 2 other 65+ horde characters and same experience.
According to your armoury, you have not completed Taming Northrend.
Taming Northrend is required before engaging any of the battles in Taming Cata.
Thanks. I went to Beegle Blastfuse in Howling Fjord and same problem as Brok…no option to battle.

Thank you! This Worked! I finished the Taming Northrend then the quest giver gave me Taming Cataclysm and I just defeated Brok. WOO!

BTW, you really should continue with Taming Cata and then Taming Pandaria and one more battle on the opposite faction for Taming the World to get your Safari Hat https://www.wowhead.com/item=92738/safari-hat# which gives an extra 10% Pet XP per battle.
