Adrenaline Rush gained from Toxic Onslaught does not reduce gcd

Title.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Log in to rogue.
  2. Select Night Fae covenant.
  3. Be in Assassination or Subtlety spec.
  4. Equip covenant legendary “Toxic Onslaught”.
  5. Go to training dummy.
  6. Press Sepsis.
  7. When Sepsis expires, Toxic Onslaught activates and gives Adrenaline Rush + Shadowblades / Vendetta.
  8. This version of Adrenaline Rush doesn’t lower the gcd for specs other than Outlaw.

I believe this is because of the Celerity incident where all specs were able to gain the effect of Celerity in 9.0, which led to AR being white listed. If this is going to be a feature of the covenant legendary, then the other two spec’s abilities need to be added to the adrenaline rush white list so that they are able to gain the full effect, which in this case is the gcd reduction to .8 seconds.
