During the Love is in the Air event, you can enter Shadowfang Keep for a new Heroic-difficulty fight with Apothecaries Hummel, Baxter, and Frye.
Still not sure what this means. It has the word “new” and “Heroic-difficulty” so I assumed this wasn’t just the normal queue but there is no other queue and going in manually on any difficulty doesn’t have anything. 
I had 100% given up on it. Was no longer running alts. Ignoring it. Told myself it would never happen. Stop caring. I genuinely stopped caring the past few years.
I was pretty pleased with the new broom and was all set to go try for it. I did get it first run. Yay broom!

But also… something that made me cry.
I finally got it. I got it. I just kept staring at my bags and reading the chat log over and over. That I really had it. Had BOTH of them.
I somehow fear it is going to get taken away because fun was found. Illogical of course but, yeah.

The heartbox got a new tooltip but it isn’t clear to players on these forums or others. Can we please get the info on the dungeon?
-What level is required in order to obtain the mounts?
-Are the mounts once per day per account or once per day per character at a lower chance?

does anyone know the minimum level required to be eligible for the rocket dropping?
Not sure on the level, but I think if you see an epic box as the reward for the dungeon then it can have the rocket in it.
I have taken in a character only lvl 12 and got the epic loot box to drop for them…
I love how they made it so there’s absolutely no reason to run it on alts! Also it feels really good to get nothing but love tokens in your box and realize that’s all you’re going to get today!

Yes! A voice of sanity! I feel the same way.
In the past I have not even run every day. I run a few times when the mood strikes and call it good for the year.
The new mount can drop even more alts you run it just a lower drop rate then your first run of the day…you can still have a chance at the mounts …
still not worth the effort.
I got the Love Sweeper 1st go this year.
Not going to see the bloody Love Rocket now am I?!

No idea. I haven’t figured this out either.
So the two things that are a mystery are whether this is true and it’s only the first fight every day:
Seize your chance to get this lovely mount from the first fight daily with Apothecary Hummel.
And if there is a secret Heroic version we don’t know about:
you can enter Shadowfang Keep for a new Heroic-difficulty fight with Apothecaries Hummel, Baxter, and Frye.
