My vision isn’t the best, and I’m having a lot of trouble seeing what I’ve targeted.
Is there any addon that will maybe put a easier to see target circle on the ground, or a brighter easier to see outline on enemies.
Even a macro I can push to target the nearest enemy that I can hit might help.

An add-on called Neatplates has a setting that puts an arrow/triangle thing over your target’s head making it way more visible.
I also use a Weekaura that attaches a a white circle around your mouse pointer which really helps make it easier to find in screen. When I get home I’ll post the link to it.

It’s a godsend as far as I’m concerned.
Also Neatplates or another Nameplate addon usually have extra features for the target identification
Plater has highly customizable nameplates.
/startattack will target the nearest enemy in front of you but will not change targets if you have one already selected.
