Addons to display detailed spell damage tooltips?

Hello!

Are there any addons for WoW Classic that add weapon damage and power scaling information to spell tooltips? Like so I can see how much damage an ability will actually (approximately) do rather than just the base damage?

There is one for the old client, but i havent seen it ported over to classic.
