Addons Since patch yesterday keep loading even though I set them to not

That entry in my file is correct. All of the files have the correct permissions. All are being updated every time I play. In fact, the file (from a Mac viewpoint):
/Applications/World of Warcraft/retail/WTF/Account/[account number]/[realm]/[character name]/AddOns.txt
where [account number], [realm] and [character name] all have the appropriate values, is being updated correctly. The AddOns that I do not want to load for a particular character is listed in that file for that character as “disabled”. But, it looks like the game, while it is WRITING the files correctly, is not READING the files correctly.

I wasn’t referencing all addons loading, I was referencing the person saying they get the “load out of date add-ons” everytime I they launch wow.
