Hello all. Today I logged on and all my addons were reset. The addons still loaded, however, none of my settings were saved. I have tried calling blizzard as well as researching online but the advice was ultimately unhelpful?
Is there anyway to restore my addon settings?
If you have a backup of your WTF file, yes.
If you use Twitch and have that set to keep a copy of things, yes.
If you have a system wide or drive level back up for where WoW lives, yes.
If not, it’s gonna be a rough day for you the good part of which is that you’ll have learned a life lesson about backing up important data.
Yes, definitely learned a lesson about backing up settings. I was able to recover TSM because they automatically backup your settings. Everything else I will have to redo.
