went back to playing on my old pc. updated addons with twitch, all appear as updated today in interface folder, yet when i log onto game i am told they are ALL out of date. They also do not work.
I only have one wow game downloaded on my computer, yet somehow the game can’t see that the addons are updated? please someone help it really is so so frustrating.
Was the Twitch addon management thingie updated to match BfA’s directory structure change? If your addon management tool is outdated, it won’t update addons correctly.
(Editorial: this is why the best addon management tool is “manual addon download and install”. There is no man behind the curtain doing things wrong that you don’t know about.)

yes, all addons were for latest patch. It’s not like they were ones that wouldn’t have been updated either, they include DMB, Auctioneer and TomTom
The location of addons changed with BfA:
Old location:
[WoW]\Interface\AddOns\[addon folders]
New location:
[WoW]\_retail_\Interface\AddOns\[addon folders]
If your DL client hasn’t updated, your “new” addons might have gone to the wrong folder.
Also: If you are in the game, nothing will be updated until you exit\re-start the game.
