Hello team,
just went through the recent podcast about add ons and it got me a bit scared. I’m all for you trying to add more things built in for people that feel overwhelemed about add ons but hearing the comment that you might restrict some real time add ons is getting me really scared.
I’m a long time player that is using my very own weak auras implementations to track my rotation with my own sound, own positioning, own effects and i’m really used to it.
I feel that taking that kind of customisation away from us will hurt the comfort of long time players.
While i understand that the fights need more built in UI and to be less reliant on WA, the CORE spells of the spec should remain available for us to track via add ons.
You could simply add an component in the Aura to track if they are specific to your character or specific to the fight and let us only access to the character’s one only.
