For a long while I used https://www.curseforge.com/wow/addons/trinket-menu for easy access and use of trinkets, but I seem to be having issues with it now. The whole menu goes blank and doesn’t work on my main character. I stopped using it for several months and tried to download it again and it did work for just one night but then had the same issues it did since WoD. It works on alts with all addons disabled so I figure some other addon or interface aspect interferes with it. Is there any addons out there that also manage trinkets or does anyone know how to fix the issue with it? It hasn’t been updated in years but people do still use it.

If you’re not after the auto-queue functionality of TrinketMenu, you can achieve mostly the same effect with the default UI.
To swap trinkets: Open your character sheet and hold the ALT key while you mouseover a trinket slot and a flyout will appear to swap trinkets.
To use trinkets: Make a macro with the red question mark icon and contents like:
#showtooltip
/use 13
Then you can drag that to your bars to see the cooldown and use the top trinket with a key binding or click. (Change 13 to 14 for the bottom trinket.)
