Addons for mage

Hi I am a returning player and I am currently playing a arcane mage I was wondering which addons is a must have and which addons helps with dps

There are others you can add to make whatever you do in game a tad easier (HandyNotes, Exorsus, etc.)

Threatplates with friendly name plates turned off. It makes spellstealing, counterspelling, polymorphing, and DPSing easier. If you run another custom nameplate add on, like ElvUI, you’ll need to disable the ElvUI name plates so both add ons are not running simultaneously.

Mage nuggets still has working parts. The most useful is the spell steal notification

Range alert for barrage
