Addons for knowing crafting ranks?

Hi All,
Wonder if there were some well known addons that will let me see my crafting chances with materials I do not have in my bags.
For example, if I do not have rank 3 mats but only rank 2, I want to see my chances of crafting with rank 3 instead.

CraftSim, it’s amazing. You can run sims with all ranks of mats, plus infusions/matrixes, embellishments and missives. It’s on Curseforge.
