Just tried to install addons (Details) and seemingly the options and the addon itself are completely missing; is it just me or are people having problems with this too?
Did you install it into the correct subfolder and then restart your game?

You don’t need to restart your game after installing an addon; a /reload is sufficient.

If it was manually installed, you may have copied/moved the folder created by unzipping instead of the actual addon folder inside it.
Check there is a folder under \AddOns\ named Details and it contains a file named Details.toc
