Is there an addon that copies Holy Power to look like the classic Red Rogue/Feral Combo Points on your target’s portrait? I know there are Holy Power addons like NugComboBar, but it doesn’t replicate the classic combo points style.
You can set up elvui to show your holy power on your target’s nameplate, that’s the health bar that’s above their head. I have mine set up to show it there and going across the top of my action bars so I can see it no matter where I’m looking.
