Addon to not show CD for two stack spells

I need an addon some times when my overpower is on 1 stack I don’t automatically press it because it looks like it’s on CD. How do I remove the black clock timer. I only want it at 0 stacks when it’s actually on CD. maybe I’ll just make WA for it like a bar or something. Thanks strong text

Turn off the Blizz cooldown numbers and use OmniCC instead.
