The obvious answer is elvui, but that’s only if you want to modify your whole UI.
I use AzCastBar. Lets you change all of them: player, focus, target, and stuff like breath timers as well. But I’m sure there are plenty out there if you look on Curse.

right now i have bartender, dbm, world quest tracker, bagnon… just the quality of life stuff… ill install whatever u recommend tbh
Well as I mentioned elvui changes your entire interface, so it might not be what you need out of it. As wiggly said before, azcastbar is just as good if the only thing you want is a resized cast bar.

I am liking Kui-nameplates.
I’ve been using Quartz forver. I really like it, it works for self, target, focus, etc… https://www.curseforge.com/wow/addons/quartz
It makes the cast bar prettier and has a lot of customization (for example I only show the castbar of my focus when my focus is an enemy). I think it also shows bars for buffs on yourself and debuffs on enemies (I turn those off because another addons handles that already for me).
I also use Kui but that one is for nameplates not target and focus.
