Addon to move encounter progress bars

I know moveit does that, but you seem to need the id for each individual bar to move it, is there a way to just move the encounter progress bars like the insanity bar or some bars you get in MoP dungeons, etc?

Also, what UI overhaul addon do you guys use, besides ElvUI?

I’m pretty sure the one I use is called “move anything”
I use blizz move too but I think it’s just for other things like talent windows etc.
