Addon to keep track of shields

I bileive it was ELVUI that I was using a while back and it had this option so when you put a shield on another player it overlapped with their health bar. So my question is, is there another addon that does that without changing the new dragoflight UI ?

Default UI does it if you’re running raid style frames.

was testing it out and have not had any luck finding it in settings

Weird, it was a default on features.
