Addon to display self-buffs?

I would like to see my self-buffs down by my action bars so I can easily see if they are active. When they are up in the top right corner, and more importantly mixed in with other buffs, it’s easy to lose track of my own. Is there an addon that can display icons like the built-in buffs, but only for my own buffs, and wherever I want?
