Addon to Detect / Maybe Repair Problem Addons

Hey,

So I have a couple addons that are outdated but I use because I just can’t replace them. They are all still supported so I guess the authors just haven’t gotten around to updating them. I also have never worked on addons and have no knowledge of the language or method to fix these addons. Anyways, one of these addons is causing some major LUA errors, to the point where I receive a warning basically telling me that it is erroring out too much. I know I can just try one at a time until I figure out the cause, but I was wondering if there are any addons out there that can auto detect the primary errors, like a debug addon or something. I was looking around and was having a hard time finding any sort of thing like that (I guess since they probably aren’t that popular).

Wondering if anyone has any ideas, thanks!

Yes, get an error catching addon. There is no such thing as “auto repairing” addons. Btw I didn’t know I could post here from EU

Are you using something like the Twitch (Curse) or Minion (Wow UI) to insure you addons are up to date?
