Addon to Clone Action Bar Spells Between Alts

Hi,

I have several alts of the same class, and I’m looking for an addon that’ll let me copy spells and macros’ positions in the action bars over across alts.

IE, if my Fire Mage has Fireball in the 1 slot, Fire Blast in the 2 slot, etc, I’d like to be able to log onto a second mage, go Fire Spec, and import the first mage’s saved action bar set-up without having to open the spellbook and do that all manually again.

I know there are full UI replacement addons that let you copy what action bars are shown and their position on-screen, but I’m specifically talking about what you put in the action bars as opposed to changing the base UI.

Are there any current addons that allow this? When DF rolls around I’d like to be able to copy-paste my set-ups between alts much easier than I have in the past. Thanks.

There are. I don’t know what they are, but there are. Someone will be along shortly I’m sure to let you know specifics.

This is the only one I’ve heard of that’s up-to-date. There’s some others like Action Bar Profiles etc. but they haven’t been updated in a while and are apparently broken.

One of my guild mates actually recommended this just yesterday when I was complaining about having to constantly change things between alts.

A year too late to find, but a great find nonetheless! Thank you for sharing this little information that has just made my alt army and me very happy!
