Addon to check enchants, low AA slots, etc...?

I don’t want to come off as elitist at all. I’m not the best player in the world, but I do prepare my characters for content. After I was in a +5 group with avg group ilvl of 443 last week and we missed the timer, I started inspecting the people in that group and subsequent groups and discovered this trend: lately (in M+ groups) there is an absurd amount of players who either have blue AA with only two traits, no enchants, no gems, no legendary cloak, or a HoA level below 65.

I have and use raider io, but unfortunately, it doesn’t list red flags like that. I often play on alts, so I’m doing sub-10 keys that I want to time, but I don’t want to punish other alt players by just not inviting anyone who doesn’t have a score or has a low current score. Previous season’s score is pretty much irrelevant at this point, as there have been so many additions to player power systems that someone with a high score at the beginning of last season or end of season 2 could be very well out of date with their gear, even at higher ilvls, if they took a break and just came back. (I, for example, had a mage sign up to one of my groups tonight with an ilvl of 330 but HoA level 43, offhand ilvl 395, no gems, and no enchants. Previous S2 score was ~1300.)

So, basically, I’m wondering if maybe I missed the boat on an addon that can check to see if any of the things I’ve mentioned are an issue for the player in queue. I’ve been checking the armory as people sign up now, but checking every single person that signs up gets quite tedious, quite fast.

Exorsus raid tools makes it easy to inspect people already in your group.

I appreciate the response and do use ERT, but I was looking more for something along the lines of raider io that puts the red flags in a tooltip from the group finder window before I invite them.

I would totally use that addon if it exists just for myself. I’m always swapping hear for different corruption etc and sometimes notice a ring or wep with no enchant that falls through the cracks so it would be nice to have an alert.
Don’t even get me started on how scuffed some of my alts are just because I lose track.

I’m not aware of any such addon, but it sounds incredibly useful. Someone who can’t be bothered to gem/enchant their gear is an easy pass. Someone who doesn’t have access to Azerite traits, essences, or corruption isn’t even capable of keeping up.

Exorsus tools doesn’t seem to be updated much lately. Aside from that i healed a m+ and got cursed out for bad healing etc. Then I looked at the tank he had NO gems, NO enchants, could not hold agro or stay live without me spamming on him yet i got abused to hell and back.

That right there is why I’m looking for an addon for this purpose. I’m tired of people not doing the stuff they need to do for their character and then blaming others when their carry fails. Yeah, you could argue it’s bad design, but at the end of the day, the rest of us managed to get it done, so there’s no reason others can’t before they start queuing up.
