saw a video of someone using an addon where it showed when the spell was ready to use by lighting it up. and keeping it lit until the spell was used…

I doubt was weak auras because it was directly on the action bars…unless WA’s can do that too

OmniCC has some effects when your stuff comes off CD, might be that.
