Addon that "announces" low mana %

I was running a raid the other day and a priest had an addon that would say in raid something to the effect like:

Name: is low on mana (29%)
or
name: HAS AGGRO!

he told me the name, took a screen shot and lost it…was…HKRI healer…something…anyone know the name of this addon? or something like it?

Healer Protection on curse forge does what you are looking for.

You can also make a weak aura for that super easily.
