Does anyone know of a standalone addon that helps make the key binds clearer on your bars? Currently, if I assign shift scroll down to an ability, it shows as “s…”.

I’m not aware of any that aren’t bar mods.
That said, after running new binds for a while you should have enough muscle memory that you don’t really read them anymore.

You would need an actionbar addon that allows you to adjust the keybind (and macro text) text size independently from the button size. Changing scaling alone won’t do it.
Bartender does not have this option, not sure about Dominos or any of the other common ones.
