So I just learned recently that there’s quests seeming to be especially or entirely in the current content that you will auto acquire that won’t actually show up in your quest log but will nonetheless be there until you do them. I learned this because I’ve got 23/25 quests in my log, but I cannot accept any more new quests. My question is does anybody know if there’s an addon that will show these quests so I can ensure they’re getting done so I don’t run into the quest log full wall? I play in a really bizarre non linear way and it really cramps my style and makes the game not fun at all when quests are hidden from me. Thanks in advance for anybody who can help!
not that i Know of…however if you want drop all quests:
to clear all…ALL ALL quests in your logs use the following macro:
Warning it will clear everything.

You can try Classic Quest Log. I’m not sure if it’ll be entirely helpful for what you’re looking for but I’ve had to download it for some quest related issues before.
There are quests that don’t show up in the quest log? o.O
I don’t know if it happens to everybody but this entire issue was kicked off when I had 24 of 25 quests but when I went to accept another quest the game told me my quest log was full. So a helpful person discovered I had a quest that wasn’t listed in my quest log and others have said the same thing has happened to them. For instance my wife discovered the mystery quest I had she also had on multiple toons and didnt show in her quest log either. As of this writing I have 23 of 25 quests and cannot accept quests. So now there’s two mystery quests I cannot see and have no idea what they are just sitting there. And with the way I choose to play the game I am trying to fix this before my prepaid time runs out because I won’t be reupping if this cant be fixed somehow. I tried classic quest log. I tried simple quest counter. The other night I tried like eight different quest UI type addons hoping something might click. I tried something called hidden quest tracker. And here we are back at square one. Still no resolution.
Try asking a GM if they can see what’s going on. Sounds like a bug.

I think he should start with Bug Report forum first to see if they can help. GMs are going to be overloaded now.
- I talked to a GM. They said and rightfully so they’re extremely busy but just told me to abandon quests to make room for whatever I’m trying to pick up with no regards whatsoever to the fact I currently have quests that I cannot do or abandon or anything because they aren’t even listed in my log. And everything I’ve posted here was also in the bug report forum um customer support forum…quest help forum. I’ve posted on wowhead about it. I’ve asked everybody pretty much except jesus himself to help with it. But either because I’m the only one who has experienced this or I’m the only one who actually is bothered by it…it kinda feels like I’m up the creek.
Other than posting on the Bug Report forum, or submitting a GM ticket, the only thing I can suggest is maybe the addon Wholly. While I don’t recall having “invisible” quests in my log preventing me from getting new ones, that addon has helped me out tremendously in the past when I was lost somewhere in a convoluted questchain. It will show you all the quests you’ve completed, what each quest’s prerequisites are, and quests that are in your log. It’s worth a shot good luck
I’ve downloaded so many addons the last two days…what the hell why not one more right? lol
You have 23/25 quests. Do some. Drop some. You can go back and pick them up later. They don’t disappear from existence. So it’s okay to drop them. They’ll show up under trivial.
As far as quest addons go, Wholly has proven to be the most useful where it matters, like picking up lost threads, figuring out why you can’t get a quest when you think you should be able to (the prereq’s haven’t been done) etc. I only use Azeroth Auto Pilot for mindless leveling at low levels for my brand new alts to speed up the process. YMMV but like I said, it’s worth a shot!
It is possible you have an addon that is hiding some of the auto accept quests from various content like the legion artifact quest line and thus you need to complete those to progress. Have you tried turning all your addons off and checking quest log?
