Was wondering if there’s a way to move the horrific vision insanity meter on your screen and what it would be under with the move anything addon? Thanks.
Can confirm this works perfectly. Just search for that and you will be able to move it 
If you have a funky, customized UI I HIGHLY recommend that you do this ahead of time so that you don’t end up doing a vision and not being able to see your sanity level.

/framestack is your friend
Type /framestack to bring up the UI tool, then type /framestack again to toggle it off.
It lets you mouse over all kinds of things, even if they are hidden, to find out lots of technical details about them.
