I’m leveling this Paladin in Classic. I would like to give healing and tanking a try. I would love some advice on good unit frame and raid frame addons that would work well for healing (including mouse over casting) and tanking.

Aside from Class weakauras, a lot of healers that like ready-made stuff use Clique.
If you want something extremely customizable and tweakable, you want Vuhdo. However I did read a note no one is actively updating Vuhdo, as it is already built for pretty much everything you need.
