Addon for scrolling with directional keys... there's any?

I’m trying to look up but can’t really find anything. Maybe I’m not looking with the right words, but I’m trying to find an addon that allows the directional arrow keys to be used to scroll lists.

For example, I’m browing the mount list, and instead of scrolling with the mouse, I’d want to do that with just the arrows.

Any ideas?
