Anyone know if there is an add on where you can add a name to it that will scan combat logs for that person and let you know they are nearby
i.e. Someone ganks you when you are level 30 and they are level 40+ you add them to the list to avoid them if they are still higher than you or get revenge when you catch up levels
ive been using Zunas (?) KOS from the twitch client. Works alright, can be a bit intrusive but you can change settings to mute it a bit.

It was a 30ish hunter is why I asked. Was just curious if you died to fatigue or hearthed or made it out of fatigue then hearthed.

ah. nah I am a druid and it was in the flats or w/e, but theres a few I wish I would have had a list for later 
To answer your question though, Spy has a KOS feature somehow but I don’t use it.
Try searching Vanas KoS, got the name wrong
Get the Spy addon. It has a Kill On Sight option among other things.
It’s called Vanas KoS, I use it and I love it. Lets me take notes of both horde and alliance.
Horde kill me 3v1? Gonna remember you later when you’re alone with 2 mobs on you.
Alliance ninja looted a chest that I killed 4 of the 5 mobs guarding it? I will make sure to do the same if I get a chance.
It also tells you nearby friendly and hostile players, very useful.
I dunno why I cant find that in the twitch addons.
Searched “vanas” “vanas kos” “kos” and nothing. Looked through the pvp section and nothing.
I do see Spy though
