Is there an addon to stop getting those auto popup quests when you enter zones?
There’s one called Silent World Quests.
Thanks but I mean the ones where you have no choice but to accept them and abandon them when you leave the zone if you don’t want the pop up to stay there.

Those probably wouldn’t be allowed, or even possible to write, because that would require modifying actual game mechanics.
Why not just get over it and do the quest? I’ve never had an auto quest that isn’t just a breadcrumb to the main quest giver.
Turn in quest. Don’t pick up follow up.

The “do every dragon race in X zone” ones are a counterexample.

Because that’s not how some of them work, they keep coming back.

This was never forced in my quest log.
File a bug report. If you finish a quest and it keeps coming back it’s a bug.
Name the quests that bother you and keep doing this.
