After maintenance today, i get a pop up that says my addons are causing a large number of errors that makes it so I can’t access my game menu and when I click on disable addons or ignore, nothing happens.
what did you break with maintenance today.

They change the API. Addon authors need to do updates. Exit the game, update your addons. If there are no updates yet, then you’ll need to disable any of the addons that would be affected by these changes before you log into a character:

Which is perfectly reasonable but I don’t know which addons because all I see is ‘LOL ERROR’ instead of ‘Addon ABC is causing this error’.
