Addon causing massive fps drops

I’ve been using this addon called DontCast for ages now and never had an issue.

I’m not sure if it’s something specific to this addon, related to wow, or even just my PC in general but doing some BGs since the most recent patch, it massively drops my fps and causes stuttering when it shows up on my screen now.

Just wondering if this could be related to some other setting or if there’s anything I could potentially do to troubleshoot. I’m not getting any lua errors and disabling it obviously fixes the issue.

You would have to have a copy of the previous version to know if the addon had changed and if so, whether any changes might be having an effect or if it’s a game change or both.

Probably a question best posed to the addon author.

I don’t believe it’s anything that has been changed in the addon.
