Addon buff tracker

I used to have an addon that tracked buff times like whirlwind charges and recklessness duration by highlighting the tooltip on the action bar with a different color overlay; red or green for instance while the buff was active.

Can someone suggest the addon or something similar please?

Sounds like weakauras, Though I dont have a specific string for ya.
