Seems like a weird way of stating it… I mean if we level we get our talent points. It specifically says “additional”… My brain went to additional as in extra points up to level 31. Guess just getting to 31 points makes more sense.
Just call them capstone talents.
We have 16 points right now and we’ll gain another 15 points leveling from 25 to 40…
This means including current up to 31.
tbf though " earn up to 31 additional talent points" implies that we’d have 47 talent points at level 40 for some strange reason.
