Not every spec but every class players should at least have a chance like in dragonflight s1. Now every season in every content there are multiple druids, multiple priests and multiple mages. When there are no representation of hunters and warlocks in mythic plus and pvp.

Every class has a title viable spec. The majority of people will never play at that level anyways.
