Adding a "meow" sound effect when you /meow in cat form

Apparently most Big Cats are unable to meow.
Like Small Cats can’t roar, Big Cats can’t meow.

They do say moo if you type /moo on a tauren.

Yep! I have several tauren and I use the emote all the time. It even works in wrath classic. I just did it on my tauren dk!

It should be the Cheetah type chirps and meows if they add it.

Also works with the high mountain tauren!
