I just think it would be neat to add a mark of honor vendor in Dornogal so I can buy things like, gliders, feasts, and potions for use in battlegrounds.

Great idea. But this would take effort and care on the part of Blizzard, which they have neither of.
do you go to the bfa main cities to buy them or wait until you get a bg map with a vendor?
Use your Dalaran hearthstone toy. You can by them there.
